Job Responsibilities:

Lenmark Industries is currently accepting applications for a full-time Inventory Specialist. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

Duties:
Coordinate the daily activities of inventory control personnel
Monitor inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Ensure inventory locations are organized and accurately maintained
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Plan and conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts




Calculating the costs of orders
Compiling inventory reports
Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
Performing various administrative functions
Preparing inventory costs, retail pricing, and profit reports
Providing customer service
Reconciling physical inventories with digital records
Recording the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory systems
Verifying stock availability from current inventories

Skills:
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar inventory management software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$38.40 per hour
