Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Full Time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and experience for the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment. This role involves preparing drinks, serving customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cash handling
Manage cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and upselling menu items when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed,



including basic food handling and presentation
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple customers efficiently
Handle cash transactions accurately while providing friendly service
Support team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Experience in cashiering, serving, or bartending roles preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Prior kitchen or food handling experience is a plus but not required
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
