Responsibilities
Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Facilitate engaging classroom activities that promote active learning
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies




Support students’ social and emotional development as needed
Ensure compliance with school policies and safety regulations

Experience
Prior classroom experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage a learning environment effectively
Proven teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
Robust organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing educational needs
Passion for education and fostering student success

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
