We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Data Collector to support our field projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities
Visit residential homes based on assigned appointments
Collect required property and equipment information
Take transparent photos and videos of the home and relevant areas
Take basic measurements as required
Complete field forms and submit accurate information after each visit
Communicate professionally with homeowners during the appointment
Follow provided instructions, checklists, and project requirements
Report any site issues or missing information to the office team

Requirements
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Solid attention to detail
Comfortable taking photos, videos,



and measurements inside residential properties
Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications for data collection
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
Previous experience in home inspections, energy assessments, HVAC, construction, property management, or field data collection is an asset
