Lead Auto Body & Paint Technician (Part-Time / Immediate Start)
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled, precision-driven Body & Paint Technician for an immediate, part-time position.
This role is built for a seasoned craftsman who delivers dealership-level quality and insurance-grade collision repairs. If you take pride in invisible structural work, flawless panel fitment, and factory-matched paint finishes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Collision & Body Repair: Perform high-end structural body repairs, panel alignment, dent pulling, frame straightening, and sheet metal/composite work to OEM and insurance standards.
Paint & Refinishing: Execute complete paint preparation, precision color matching, blending, single/multi-stage application, and post-paint finishing (buffing/polishing).
Quality Assurance: Ensure all completed work meets strict dealership quality guidelines and passes insurance re-inspection without rework.
Efficiency: Work autonomously to execute repairs on schedule while maintaining a clean, organized bay.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in a high-volume body shop or dealership setting.
Level of Craft: Proven ability to produce dealership-level and insurance-grade body repairs and refinishing.
Portfolio Required: Must be able to provide a portfolio (photos or videos) showcasing before-and-after collision, body, and paint work.
Tools: Must possess your own qualified tool set appropriate for heavy body repair and paint prep.
Certifications: I-CAR, ASE, or OEM manufacturer certifications are strongly preferred.
Availability: Ready to start ASAP.

Status: Part-Time Only
