Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the incumbent ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and certification standards. They support production teams on a daily basis, conduct internal audits, deliver training sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily verification of quality records and ensure follow-up on non-conformities.
Meet with and support employees when deviations are identified (coaching, reinforcement of best practices, documentation).
Plan, prepare, and deliver quality training (procedures, certification requirements, positive manufacturing practices).
Conduct internal audits, document findings, and ensure follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
Draft, update, and implement quality procedures and documents; validate their application on the production floor.
Support the Quality team in daily operational activities (priorities, KPIs, continuous improvement).
Participate in new product introductions: label validation, compliance verification, and related documentation.




Collaborate on incident/breakdown analysis and support the implementation of corrective measures in partnership with Production and Maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
College Diploma (DEC) in Food Processing Technology and Quality or any other relevant diploma related to the position
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in quality assurance or food compliance
Functional bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written; Spanish is an asset
Ability to thrive in a developing setting where multiple processes are being structured and implemented
Robust organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Attention to detail, rigor, and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong teamwork abilities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
