Duties
Safely operate a taxi or similar vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations
Greet passengers courteously and assist with boarding and luggage as needed
Follow designated routes and traffic laws to ensure timely arrivals
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide receipts when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle
Keep track of schedules, pickups, and drop-offs to optimize route efficiency
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and inquiries professionally
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operations
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (class 5 with 2 Year Experience or above )
Proven experience in driving, preferably commercial or taxi driving experience
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and navigation tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse passengers
