Summary
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and reliability in the commercial restaurant equipment sector.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair various types of kitchen equipment
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances
Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits
Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Ability to learn current technology with ongoing training and manufacturer certification
Must be able to participate in the on call rotation once a month
Qualifications
Previous experience or Education in appliance service, or a related field is preferred
Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
Gas certification an asset
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Be organized, accountable and self motivated
