Duties
Efficiently clean and sanitize all event areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and surfaces after each event or function
Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and serviceware using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed
Dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly, ensuring proper sorting and removal
Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and cleaning materials to prepare for upcoming events
Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces when required, ensuring all areas are left in pristine condition




Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a hygienic setting at all times
Support food handling and preparation tasks if necessary, adhering to food safety standards in collaboration with kitchen staff

Requirements
Prior experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, or cooking is a plus
Robust understanding of sanitation practices and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards supporting hospitality operations
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
