Job Summary
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate X-ray Technologists to join our private outpatient radiology clinic in Kamloops, British Columbia. Responsibilities
Conduct general X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
Operate general X-ray equipment independently to capture images of various body parts.
Analyze images for quality and accuracy, making post-processing adjustments as necessary to obtain optimal results.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings when required.
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized according to safety standards.




Practice safe radiation protection techniques.
Stay current with advancements in X-ray technology and techniques through continuous education and training.

Qualifications
Diploma from a recognized Medical Radiography program.
Current certification from a recognized professional organization (CAMRT or CLXT).
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Consistently acquires exceptional quality diagnostic images.
Committed to providing professional and compassionate patient care.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to give clear instructions.
Strong team player, comfortable interacting with team members.
