Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. This role is a blend of office coordination and warehouse operations support. The ideal candidate will manage shipping documentation and inventory data while being open to hands-on warehouse tasks. We provide full training for Order Picker operation.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Manage and process shipment documentation, including waybills, packing lists, and BOLs.
Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Handle daily email correspondence and phone inquiries from clients and vendors.
Warehouse Support
Assist with picking, packing, and organizing stock as needed.
Operate an Order Picker to move inventory (Training will be provided for candidates without a license).
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workplace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Administrative Duties
Prepare daily operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
Assist management with basic data entry and file maintenance.
Ensure all logistics paperwork is filed correctly and accessible.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or office administrative role.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Language: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (due to client/team requirements).
Physical Readiness: Ability to work in a warehouse setting and a willingness to learn power equipment (Order Picker).
Skills: Robust attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a "can-do" attitude.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
