We are a 15 member, owner operated, service plumbing company. We focus on service plumbing, HVAC and maintenance in multi-family residential and commercial properties.
Pay rate is competitive, based on apprenticeship level
Duties
Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, assemble, and install piping and fixtures
Learn how to troubleshoot various aspects of a buildings plumbing and HVAC systems
Support the setup of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems when required as part of building infrastructure projects
Perform basic math calculations to measure materials accurately and ensure proper fitting of components
Support routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with an eagerness to learn plumbing principles and systems
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus for supporting climate control installations
Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (drills, saws) used in construction projects
Construction experience or background is highly desirable for understanding job site safety and procedures
Valuable understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations involved in installations
Commitment to safety protocols during all tasks involving assembly or maintenance activities

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
