Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine work, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components.
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
Assist with vehicle inspections, heavy lifting tasks, and routine maintenance procedures to uphold safety standards.
Maintain detailed service records, complete repair reports,



and communicate findings clearly with team members.
Support the shop’s workflow by assembling parts, performing routine checks, and ensuring all tools are properly maintained.

Skills
Proven dealership experience or mechanic experience demonstrating strong automotive repair skills.
Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with schematics, assembly, welding, and maintenance tasks.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Ability to lift heavy components regularly while maintaining proper safety protocols.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with automotive systems diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong teamwork ethic with the flexibility to adapt to various repair tasks as needed.
