As a key player in ESAB's supply chain team, the Senior Demand Planner reports to the Supply Chain Manager. Your main responsibilities will include executing MRP, managing supplier performance, and ensuring that materials and finished goods are readily available. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support current product initiatives and address supply challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute material requirements planning and manage orders • Analyze demand forecasts for accurate data entry • Maintain planning parameters in ERP systems • Communicate production changes with internal teams • Expedite materials to resolve supply issues
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred • 3-5 years in supply chain or procurement roles • Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP • Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities • Excellent communication and leadership skills
