Requirements
Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or be able to obtain one)
Must have use of Force certification (or be able to obtain one)
Must hold or be eligible for a Secret (Level II) Security Clearance
Some position requires bilingualism (English/French)
Qualified appearance, punctuality, and reliability

Specialized Skills
Robust understanding of security and access control procedures
Ability to respond effectively to incidents
Familiarity with basic IT setup and secure computer practices
Experience using Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools
