Dental Studio Bramalea is looking for a friendly, positive, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team part-time leading to full-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position.
We are a warm and welcoming dental office located beside Brampton Civic Hospital, with free parking and easy transit access. Our team truly enjoys working together, supporting one another, and creating a comfortable experience for our patients. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves staying organized, and wants to be part of a supportive and upbeat setting.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of dental reception/administration experience
Experience with AbelDent is an asset
Someone comfortable managing accounts receivable and processing payments
Strong communication and customer service skills
A skilled, reliable, and friendly attitude
Someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a team
Responsibilities
Welcoming and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
Helping create a smooth and positive patient experience
Supporting the team with day-to-day front desk responsibilities
