Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across various facilities. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on experience will ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems, contributing to a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient setting. Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues.
Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply connections.
Utilize welding skills when necessary for repairs or component fabrication.
Repair appliances and mechanical equipment associated with building operations.




Collaborate with construction teams during system upgrades or new installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
Experience working with boilers and other mechanical equipment used in building systems.
Construction experience is a plus for installation projects.
Solid troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to perform maintenance efficiently.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC work and mechanical repairs.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
