We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our agile team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work setting. Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Support team members in various roles as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
