Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system - TouchBistro
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and resetting dining areas as needed




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as TouchBistro is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for billing purposes
Experience in food handling, serving, and hospitality industries is advantageous
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours and multitask effectively
