Who are you?

A LEAD CARPENTER/RENOVATOR with robust experience in residential renovations and leading projects with efficiency and excellence.

Ideally, you have the ability to lead & execute various types projects; including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, home additions & more, with high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from start to finish, adhering to timelines and standards;
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings and be able to execute all components of the renovation/planned scope of work;
Coordinate and oversee any subcontractors (ie. electrical, plumbing), ensuring they also maintain timelines and standards of work;
Communicating with clients as the project progresses - keeping everyone up-to-date on timelines, change orders and/or extras;
Maintain a secure, clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
5-year (minimum) proven experience in carpentry/renovations; with a strong understanding of OBC & residential practices;
Experience leading and running your own job-site - with team support;




Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as needed on-site;
A valid driver's license may is required.
Bathroom renovations, including tile work, would be a major asset!
