Job Summary
Our client, a Logistics Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver Recruiter/Compliance and Safety Manager for their Drivers.
The role will be to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies within our organization and the Driver Team.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who has a background in flatbed driving and has hands-on Driver Recruitng and training experience, this could be a great fit.
This is a hands-on role working directly with drivers every day. It is about supporting drivers, training them properly, and building a team that runs safe and runs well.
What You'll Be Doing
Work directly with drivers day to day, not from behind a desk
Driver Recruitiment
Train drivers on load securement, safety, and ELDs
Help onboard recent drivers and set clear expectations from day one
Check in with drivers regularly and make sure they are set up for success
Step in when issues come up and handle tough conversations the right way
Review camera events and walk through situations with drivers
Follow up on incidents and focus on learning, not just discipline
Be a strong link between drivers and management
What You Bring
Valid AZ License with real flatbed experience
Practical experience as a driver trainer
Strong understanding of strapping, chaining, and securement
Solid knowledge of HOS, safety regulations, and ELDs
Valuable communication skills and the ability to earn driver trust
Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate situations

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
