position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for asbestos removal projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of asbestos abatement regulations and procedures. The Site Supervisor ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise asbestos abatement crews on-site
Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to team members
Ensure proper setup of containment and decontamination areas
Conduct site safety meetings and enforce compliance with PPE requirements
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs
Monitor air quality and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Communicate progress, issues, and needs to the Project Manager
Train and mentor team members in protected and efficient abatement practices
Ensure equipment is used, maintained, and cleaned according to company standards
Must ensure all site safety paperwork, inspections, hazard assessments,



and daily documentation are completed and up to date.

Qualifications:
Valid Asbestos Abatement certification NOT ABESTOS AWARENESS.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in asbestos abatement (with supervisory experience)
Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and safe work procedures
Ability to read and interpret work plans, hazard assessments, and specifications
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Physically able to work in PPE and in confined spaces if required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
