Duties
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks with precision, ensuring quality and consistency for every cup
Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy
Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to support a seamless dining experience, and complete tasks with an open mind.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards at all times
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering menu recommendations,



and ensuring satisfaction
Support wine service by presenting selections confidently and educating guests about different options when appropriate

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience in a quick-paced environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
A passion for the food industry and creating memorable guest experiences
