Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Quick Food Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and effective food experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, handling cash, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Duties
Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in placing their orders.
Accurately process transactions using the cash register, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain cleanliness in the concession area and food preparation stations by following sanitation guidelines.
Assist in restocking supplies as needed and ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Skills




Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Previous experience in food service or cash handling is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a excellent team atmosphere.
