Duties
Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Serve dishes promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Requirements




Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food service role within a restaurant or food industry setting
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience with serving guests and understanding of customer service principles
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
