Our construction client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead their finance operations and manage a team of three. This role offers the chance to expand your expertise, gain hands-on experience with significant ERP transitions, and work directly with the leader of the finance department. You will be instrumental in overseeing accounts payable, approving payments, and managing all month-end, year-end, and quarter-end processes, including financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
Lead all finance operations and manage a team of three.




?Lead complex construction-based finance activities and collaborate closely with construction teams.
Oversee accounts payable department and approve payments.
Manage month-end, year-end, and quarter-end processes, as well as all financial reporting.
Play a key role in an upcoming ERP transition.

Qualifications:
CPA Required
?7+ years of experience in an accounting or finance department, with 2+ years managing a team.
Strong construction experience, including understanding holdbacks
Experience with ERP transitions and construction ERPs like Sage, Timberline, or Jonas.
