OCP Communications Inc./DHT is a growing, Canadian-based technology and field services firm, operating in the Telecommunications and IT sectors.

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage the day-to-day functions of a team of Field Technicians providing continuous leadership and ensure procedures are followed and that financial, and other targets are met.

Operations
Ensure team is meeting productivity level requirements
Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
Monitor the results of Technicians on a daily basis

Customer Relations
Ensure specific customer service level standards are met and are delivered on
Ensure any problems identified by the customer are resolved in a timely manner
Motivate team to proactively identify customer needs and deliver results

Essential qualifications
Post Secondary Education in Business,



Engineering or Applied Sciences
Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in the telecommunications, field services, project management, or related industry experience
Extensive customer service experience
Technical/Cable field experience
Business financials understanding

Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

Physical Effort
Job requires ability to sit and view a computer monitor for extended periods
May be required to periodically lift up to 80-100lbs
Required to bend and be mobile to perform duties

Work Workplace
Office/warehouse/field environment in operation 7 days a week
Scheduled 5 days over a 7 day period which may include evenings and weekends
Includes daily travel for site visits to customers and employees in the field
May need to be available for on-call
Must meet Valid Driver’s License Requirement policy

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
