Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cashiering and basic math calculations for change and totals
Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving practices and adherence to legal requirements




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in bar or beverage service roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a hospitality environment
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
Basic math proficiency for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate transaction processing
Experience in food service or hospitality roles that demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude
