Duties:
Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and cakes
Package and label bakery products for display or distribution
Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
-Assist customers with sales, ensuring they receive the best possible customer service
Experience
Previous professional baking and culinary experience required
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking techniques
Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in cake decorating is a plus
-English language required, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate thoroughly with customers and coworkers.
Foodsafe certificate is required
