Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic food service team. Duties
Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of quality meals
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including utensils, equipment, and workstations
Support the serving team by preparing ingredients and plating dishes as needed
Handle food safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and company policies
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
Contribute to the overall guest experience through friendly communication and prompt service




Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels

Skills
Previous food service experience in a quick-paced environment preferred
Strong understanding of food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and meal preparation
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering tasks
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous, along with barista experience for versatile roles
