Responsibilities
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately assemble tents and related structures.
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and sledgehammers to assemble frames and secure fabric coverings.
Set up tents on various terrains while ensuring stability through proper anchoring techniques.
Inspect each installation for safety compliance, structural integrity, and aesthetic quality before final approval.
Adjust or repair tents as needed during events or projects, including re-securing loose components or replacing damaged parts.
Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition; report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
Proven experience with hand tools, construction work, or carpentry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of construction practices is a plus.
Solid physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction sites and temporary structure setup.
Excellent teamwork skills along with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
Prior experience in tent installation or event setup is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
