Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with site preparation and material movement
Assist in paving projects by preparing surfaces, laying asphalt or concrete, and ensuring smooth finishes
Support various construction activities including framing, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Read and interpret construction plans and instructions to execute assigned duties effectively
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean,



organized manner to promote safety and productivity

Requirements
Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is advantageous
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
Basic understanding of construction plans or blueprints is beneficial but not required
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred for site access
