Job Summary
Nuad Thai Massage is seeking a caring and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team in Calgary. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and passionate about wellness. You’ll provide a range of therapeutic massage services including oil massage, deep tissue, hot stone, and more, while working in a versatile, supportive environment. Experience with Traditional Thai Massage is a plus, but paid training is available if you're new to it.

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including oil (Swedish & deep tissue), hot stone, and herbal ball compress
Customize each treatment based on client needs and health conditions
Maintain accurate client records and ensure privacy and confidentiality
Educate clients on wellness practices and aftercare recommendations
Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and prepared between sessions
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, welcoming clinic environment
Optional: Learn and provide Traditional Thai Massage (paid training available)
Experience
Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
in good standing with at least 2200 hours (recognized by insurance companies)
Previous experience in a massage clinic or wellness setting is an asset
Robust understanding of therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skilled, dependable, and passionate about client care
Experience with Traditional Thai Massage is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
