Compensation
Competitive starting salary, ranging from $21.55/hr to $25.35/hr depending on experience ;
Salary progression based on your Valtech experience, leading to a maximum salary of $31.78/hour ;
Annual salary increase based on your performance ;
Evening shift premium of $1.50 per hour.

Fixed evening shift ;
Evening shift over 4 days (4 p.m. to 2 a.m.).

Your Challenge
Use overhead cranes, hoists and forklift to move complex parts related to the manufacture of our products ;
Perform general maintenance work,
such as yard and machinery maintenance ;
Perform sandblast cleaning on complex parts on occasion ;
Use overhead cranes, hoists and forklift to safely move and empty waste garbage cans and containers ;
Store unused tools, equipment, wood blocks and other materials ;
All other related tasks.
