Position Summary

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a quick-paced tech environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, value, and support while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal technical teams
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships




Understand client needs and align our services to meet their goals
Prepare and present service reviews, proposals, and performance reports
Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account planning
Coordinate onboarding, support, and service delivery with internal teams
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Stay informed about our service offerings, emerging tech, and industry trends

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or IT service delivery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
Experience in the IT sector (MSP, cloud, AI, or SharePoint a plus)
Tech-savvy with a valuable understanding of IT services and solutions

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
