Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in fine dining or restaurant environments. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
Ensure all food safety regulations are followed diligently
Support food presentation to meet aesthetic standards for fine dining
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Assist with catering events and special meal preparations as needed




Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements
Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings
Robust knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation
Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is desirable
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Culinary experience or background in the food industry preferred
Knowledge of food industry standards and kitchen operations
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Type: Full-time
