Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible, but not limited to, developing current business opportunities, managing client relationships, Managing our E-Commerce site, processing orders, some marketing and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and or customer service, organized and a passion for team work, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English. SEO and Bilingualism (French) would be an asset.

Duties
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Regular website maintenance (Training will be provided)
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Skills




Proven experience in inside sales / customer service, marketing experience.
Robust business development skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
Excellent communication skills in English; French is a Bonus.
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) , Good computer literacy.
Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and convey them effectively to clients.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
SEO experience will be an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
