Responsibilities
Safely operate log trucks, ensuring secure loading and unloading of timber loads
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
Perform basic repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition
Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws,
and environmental regulations during transportation activitiesRequirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy vehicles and logging operations
Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with log trucks
Solid understanding of safety standards related to logging transport and heavy equipment operation
