Amberlea Medical Center is seeking a reliable, proactive team member to support both front desk operations and clinical duties in a fast-paced medical clinic.
This is a hybrid role requiring solid multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. You will often be handling phones, patients, and physician requests at the same time.
Responsibilities
Front Desk / Clinic Support
Manage patient appointments using EMR (OSCAR Pro preferred)
Handle patient inquiries (phone and in-person)
Triage patients and support physicians during visits
Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
Maintain front desk and waiting area
Follow up on consults and patient requests
Clinical Duties (if Certified for Phlebotomy)
Perform phlebotomy (blood draws)
Prepare and organize lab samples for pickup
Administer vaccines (preferred)
Valuable-to-Have
Experience working in a medical clinic or reception environment
Familiarity with EMR systems (OSCAR Pro is an asset)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
Certification in Phlebotomy is an asset

Hours: 30–44 per week
