Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points
Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, and power tools
Utilize a variety of pest control products safely and effectively to eliminate pests
Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations
Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and answer their questions confidently
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service appointments and uphold safety standards
Experience
Prior experience in pest control or related field preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
You must have or able to obtain NSE pesticide applicator’s certification. Will be paid for, if you are the right candidate for the position.
Robust interest or background in sales or customer service is a plus, as you'll often educate clients about pest prevention
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and recommendations to clients
Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to handling chemicals and operating equipment .

This position offers salary, plus commission, and commission on recent sales.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
