Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a Restaurant Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction in our restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
Experience:
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a quick-paced workplace
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
