Part time position with adaptable schedule. We are seeking an energetic, patient-focused, friendly hygienist, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
Responsibilities
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to promote healthy smiles.
Take and develop dental radiographs accurately, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and dietary advice to prevent future issues.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, providing support with dental instruments and patient management.
Maintain detailed patient records using dental practice management software.
Provide post-treatment care guidance to ensure patient understanding and comfort.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements
Valid Ontario licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
