What You'll Be Doing
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of condominium common areas.
Follow a structured daily cleaning routine.
Complete regular building walkthroughs and report maintenance concerns.
Remove garbage and recycling to designated collection areas.
Perform minor maintenance tasks when needed.
Keep your supervisor updated and confirm completion of daily responsibilities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Hours: 20 hours per week
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
