We are seeking a skilled Roofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of roofing materials in residential
Duties
Measure and cut Roofing materials to fit the installation area
Prepare roofs by removing old roofing material repairing imperfections, and ensuring surfaces are clean and level
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations
Apply caulking and sealants as needed for a finished look
Skills
Proficiency in roofing installation techniques including carpeting, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile laying
Experience with using hand tools and power tools for cutting and shaping materials
Ability to read and understand blueprints for accurate installation
Solid attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and cuts
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to roofing installations
Previous experience as a carpenter, maintenance person, or in a similar role is a plus
