Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive dining experience and requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.

Duties
Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining flow.
Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.




Support the team during busy periods by assisting with guest needs and managing waitlists.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Solid customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining composure and professionalism.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
