Role Requirements
A confidential employer in Medicine Hat is seeking a dependable, hardworking Labourer/Fence Installer. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to build a long-term career with a company committed to excellence. Previous fencing experience is an asset but is not required. On-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and construction of fences
Perform physically demanding outdoor work
Handle tools, equipment, and construction materials safely
Follow instructions and project specifications
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Produce accurate, high-quality work
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Employment Requirements
Solid work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Excellent attention to detail
Pride in producing high-quality results
Willingness to learn and develop current skills
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Legally eligible to work in Canada
