Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our energetic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing orders and ensuring satisfaction.

Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality guest service.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through cashiering duties.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.

Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
Time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
