Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our energetic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of landscaping, gardening, and construction tasks to create and maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position offers an excellent chance to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and mechanical operation within a supportive team workplace.

Responsibilities
Assist with landscape installation, including planting, turfing, and soil preparation using hand tools and power tools
Operate equipment such as excavators and other machinery safely and effectively for site preparation and material handling
Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine
Support construction activities by preparing sites, mixing materials, and assisting with the assembly of landscape features




Conduct general maintenance on tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance
Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities and report any hazards or incidents promptly

Experience
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction work is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided
Familiarity with horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and soil management
Mechanical knowledge related to operating hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous
Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail

Pay: $17.60-$35.00 per hour
