The position entails:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification

Qualifications:
Customer service oriented
Excels in a team workplace
Multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Other languages are an asset but not a requirement
Must be able to obtain OTL (Other Than Life) license for home and auto insurance
