Duties
Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring all food is fresh, appealing, and served at the correct temperature
Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, utensils, and food stations, adhering to food handling and safety protocols
Replenish buffet or serving stations with fresh items as needed to ensure continuous availability for guests
Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits, assembling breakfast plates, or setting up displays
Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Follow all food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices to ensure a safe dining workplace
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours
Skills
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; familiarity with breakfast service is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve direct guest interaction
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage service is advantageous
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices essential for maintaining quality and safety standards
